Low income programs provide energy efficiency assistance at no cost to qualified low-income customers whose household income meets guidelines established by the California Public Utilities Commission. FCI’s CEO Pat Watts is a proud member of the Low Income Oversight Board, and has been a passionate advocate for low income families in California.
FCI is a contractor for the Energy Savings Assistance Program (ESAP) for Southern California Edison and SoCal Gas. This program is designed to conserve energy and save money by providing free appliances and home efficiency solutions to income-qualified customers. ESAP is one of the many utility programs that FCI currently manages on a nationwide basis.
